"RETURN MCD" (3/1999):

DEINE LAKAIEN are back!

For years they have been following their very own ways, impressively showing that high ambitons and success don't necessarily exclude each other. On the opposite, since 1993 each release of DEINE LAKAIEN hit the Media Control Charts, and their concerts are constantly sold out.

"Kasmodiah" is Ernst Horn (electronic) and Alexander Veljanov (voice)'s subseeding album to the 1996 "Winterfishtestosterone". For the first time, the long-standing live-musicians Michael Popp (multiinstrument) and Christian Komorowski (violin) present in the studio.

"Return" is a first taste of the forthcoming album "Kasmodiah", due to be released mid of april. Deine Lakaien stayed true to themselves: Cleverly constructed sound designs meet the exceptional voice of Alexander Veljanov, and thus create the distinctive DEINE LAKAIEN style. If you understand pop music as a blend of finesse, desire, harmony, timelesness, and doesn't scorn irresistible melodies, is in good hands at Deine Lakaien.

For the first time, Chrom Records releases single and album in collaboration with Columbia Records.
